I have a daily short form podcast called Mental Performance Daily that is quickly becoming very popular.
It’s a great way to get a daily dose of inspiration and motivation to do the things you know you need to do to be successful.
But, sometimes, a deep dive is required to get to where you want to be.
We all know this.
It’s why our athletes spend hours in the gym and on the practice field.
Recently I posted a must-listen episode.
It’s about the one decision you can make that will amplify all other skills.
Let me rephrase.
Without it, none of your other skills will matter.
Your energy matters.
Yes, how much energy you bring to each moment of your day will determine if other people will be inspired to see all the other stuff you bring to the table.
Choosing to bring enthusiasm helps:
- Overcome fear
- Become more successful
- Enjoy a healthier, richer, happier life
Like all the other mental performance skills I teach, enthusiasm is not something you have or don’t have.
Enthusiasm is a skill you build. It’s an energy you generate.
Although rarely demonstrated, it’s unmistakeable when seen.
It captures attention and becomes contagious.
In fact, if you listen to it everyday for a month, I think you’ll find yourself closer to your goals.
