It’s a rare breed of people who are accountable to themselves.
Most of us, myself included, are more accountable to our teammates than we will ever be to ourselves. Going through this program with a teammate/accountability partner(s) and your MPMC / MPMTC is going to help you learn the material and become more. It’s going to help you stick with it when things get hard and when you feel like giving up.
Two of my friends, former US Navy SEALs Sean Haggerty, MPM, and Jason Kuhn, MPM, (two of our MPM Coaches) were swim buddies when going through BUDS as part of their Navy SEAL Training. They both shared that no matter how tired, sore, or hurt you were in training or in combat, you never wanted to let your teammates or your swim buddy/accountability partner down.
Their message was that the people you spend time with — your friends, family, teammates — all form a current around you, and if that current isn’t heading in the direction you want to go, you’re going to find yourself stagnant or floating in the wrong direction.
You will become the average of the five people you associate with most and of the five things you do daily.
That’s why it’s so important to choose accountability partners who share your goals, watch your back, and will hold you accountable to the plan that you set to achieve maximum success. Remember… Sharks swim with sharks, high water raises all boats and iron sharpens iron.
You may have heard the acronym TEAM — Together Everyone Achieves More, if there is a TEAM total effort of all members. Choose your accountability partners intentionally and carefully; these are the people you will be attacking this mental performance mastery training program with.
Who are the people that you will grow through this program with and then debrief each video and worksheet with on a daily basis, write these names in your journal?

If you are doing this as a team, you will likely be put into boat crews and have small pods of people who you will work with on a consistent basis. If you are in boat crews, list who is in your boat crew in your journal.
Here is a Mental Performance Daily Podcast where I Accountability Partners and Boat Crews.
