BC78: Lyndsey Fry – Team USA Hockey, Harvard, The Olympics, and The Mental Game

Lyndsey Fry was a member of the 2014 Team USA Women’s Ice Hockey Silver Medal winning team at the Sochi Olympics.  She is from Chandler, Arizona, and played collegiately at Harvard University.  In this podcast Fry talks about the mental game challenges she faced when going to college and when playing in the Olympics, what she did to overcome those challenges, the most important aspects of the mental game of hockey, and what she wishes she knew when she was playing that she knows now about the importance of the mental game.
