BC11: Robbie Monday – Building a Mental Conditioning Plan

Robbie Monday returned to his alma mater (UNCW) following a season (2012) on the staff at Barton under the tutelage of another former Seahawk coach Josh Simmons. Monday played for the Seahawks in 2009 and 2010, finishing his career as the program’s all-time leader in slugging percentage (.620) and fourth with 32 career home runs. In 2010, Monday led the Colonial Athletic Association with 20 home runs. Monday discusses his experiences in moving from player to coach and the UNCW system for creating a championship mindset through weekly mental conditioning meetings.
